I first tried this recipe in the summer when Utah peaches were in season. I think this protein shake is perfectly peach, and I hope you do to!
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
2 tbs vanilla protein powder
3/4 cup water
2 tbs old fashioned oats
1 peach (fresh or frozen)
1/2 tsp butter extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs stevia (or to taste)
11 ice cubes
